Join us for an engaging tasting experience spotlighting the wines of Copia Vineyards and Winery, a boutique producer rooted in the scenic Paso Robles wine region of California. Founded by owners Anita and Varinder Sahi, Copia crafts elegant estate wines that reflect the distinct soils, climate, and varietal richness of vineyards in the Willow Creek and Adelaida Districts.

Copia’s portfolio spans both Rhône-inspired blends and classic Bordeaux varietals, with wines made from estate-grown Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and more. The estate also produces expressive white blends featuring Roussanne, Viognier, and Picpoul Blanc. All designed to showcase vibrant fruit and balanced structure framed by Paso Robles’ dramatic diurnal temperature shifts.
