March comes in like a lion still hanging onto the last weeks of Winter, and out like a lamb with the gentle first weeks of Spring. So much goes on during March: there’s March Madness, Pi Day, St. Patrick’s Day, MLB opening day, and Spring Forward with Daylight Savings (unless you live in AZ). Either way, we’re sure you’ll need wine in the coming month!

Streamlined Communication
Fewer Emails: As a reminder, we will be announcing all upcoming tasting events in each monthly edition of Vinum Vibe rather than through separate emails for each event. All tasting events will be published on our website available for signups as soon as the newsletter is sent. Not as many emails will be coming your way, but we will still have just as many events!
Text Notifications: Text message notifications will be utilized as reminders for our fabulous tastings. The method of submitting your RSVP for events on our website remains exactly the same. We look forward to providing a more streamlined and valuable method of communication for our members.

Grand Crew March 2022
Did you know that we offer a monthly wine club? We know our wine-loving members enjoy trying new wines. Whether the wine is from a new producer, region, or maybe even a grape variety you’ve never tried before, our wine club is designed to give you a new experience every month.
Each month we curate a selection of 3-6 unique bottles that are meant to be enjoyed soon after purchase—not wines that are intended for long-term cellaring.
Grand Crew Pickup Party
On the first Saturday of every month, we host a “pickup party” at each location where you pick up your wines, try a splash or two of that month’s selections, and pick up information/tasting sheets complete with recipes for pairing suggestions. If you wish to order more of any of the wines, you may do so at a discounted rate during the same month. Please RSVP for your location’s Grand Crew pickup party on the Events page of our website.
Tasting Journal
After 3 months of membership with Grand Crew, you will receive a Vinum 55 Tasting Journal to keep track of every wine you try so you can revisit your favorites! Wine Club is just $95/month, and we hope to see you at one of our pickup parties soon!

March 2022 Grand Crew Wine Selections
This month’s wine selections are all from Spain! When you think of Spanish wines you may think of powerful reds that can go the distance with long-term cellaring. The four bottles we have lined up for March are all beautiful expressions of Spanish grapes and regions that are ready to drink now! From Godello to Garnacha, to Tempranillo, these wines build in body and intensity so perfectly that you could plan a coursed Spanish meal around them.

National & World Wine Days
No one really needs an extra excuse to drink a glass of delicious wine, but it’s fun to have a reason to research and celebrate specific grapes and regions all year long!
Mulled Wine Day: This month on the 3rd, warm up with a little bit of mulled wine. Wait, what?! Yes, Mulled Wine Day is in March. The weather is beginning to warm up, but it’s still a bit cool after the sun goes down. The cozy, spiced red wine beverage is a delicious choice before we officially welcome Spring in the latter half of the month. Click here for a recipe we posted to our Instagram account!
Riesling Day: On March 13th, pop a bottle of Riesling! This deliciously complex grape variety is a versatile choice with so many food pairings. There are beautiful examples of Riesling from more regions than just Germany. Try a bottle of this aromatic grape from Alsace, New Zealand, Australia, Washington, Michigan, or even the Finger Lakes!
