Nestled in the eastern hills of St. Helena at the base of Howell Mountain, Amulet Estate is a study in dedication, terroir, and craft. Under a modest barn-inspired facade lies a modern winery whose mission is clear: to reflect the very soul of Napa Valley in every bottle.
Amulet’s name evokes a symbol of protection and good fortune—and in the world of wine, each bottle aspires to be a talisman of place, passion, and precision. Their portfolio includes a focused selection of estate-designate wines, each intended to highlight the layered soils, vineyards, and microclimates of Napa.
Right now, Amulet produces a single Chardonnay in its estate line and several vineyard-designate Cabernet Sauvignon expressions—alongside their Proprietary Red cuvée.
🍷From Ashes to Renewal
In 2020, the Glass Fire swept through Napa and damaged much of Amulet’s vineyard. Rather than see it as a disaster, the team viewed it as an opportunity. In 2021, they replanted completely, rethinking clonal plantings, row spacing, and canopy architecture. The lower block now produces Sauvignon Blanc, while the upper “saddle” block is planted to Cabernet on Howell Mountain soils.
