This month, we’re heading for the hills—literally. June’s BYOB theme is High Altitude Wines, and we’re shining a spotlight on bottles grown where the air is thin and the flavors are bold. Think Malbec from Mendoza’s mountain vineyards, Assyrtiko from Santorini’s wind-swept slopes, or a nervy Swiss Chasselas from the Alps. Wines from high elevations often boast racy acidity, intense aromatics, and a distinct sense of place. So bring something from the clouds, and let’s climb together—one sip at a time.
Please join us by bringing (or have us pull from your locker!) a wine sourced from lofty vineyards.
