Join Heitz Cellar winemaker Brittany Sherwood for a hands-on blending experience, beginning with a taste of Heitz Quartz Creek Chardonnay before exploring the art of blending.

Working with four individual wines from the 2018 vintage, you’ll experiment with different proportions to create your own blend, then taste the finished Heitz Lot C-91 Cabernet Sauvignon to see how your creation compares.

A fun and fascinating opportunity to taste these remarkable wines and explore the art of blending alongside the winemaker herself!
