Regarded as an international visionary for his accomplishments in the vineyard and winery, Paul Hobbs combines his childhood roots on the family farm with an innovative scientific approach to refine the art of winemaking. He is recognized across the globe for breaking with tradition and forging new paths in the pursuit of excellence—both in stewardship of the land, and the crafting of wines that represent the purist concept of place.

Today, Paul is the owner and winemaker for Sebastopol, California-based wineries, Paul Hobbs Winery and Crossbarn—Hillick & Hobbs in the Finger Lakes, New York—as well as his international partnerships, Viña Cobos (Mendoza, Argentina), Crocus (Cahors, France), Yacoubian-Hobbs (Armenia) and Alvaredos-Hobbs (Galicia, Spain).

– We will continue limiting the number of members at each event and offering multiple time slots, in order to continue delivering the best experience possible. With smaller & more focused groups, our clients are able to gain a deeper understanding of the wines and featured wineries.

– IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, please call or email us ASAP so that we may offer your space to those awaiting a reservation. Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we will be implementing a $25/person fee for cancellations under 24 hours. We understand that things come up, we just want to have the opportunity and time to offer the spot to someone else!
