Originally from Poland, Paul came to California with a deep fascination for wine and built his winery around a simple philosophy: exceptional wines begin with exceptional vineyards. Working with carefully selected sites throughout California’s Central Coast, he produces wines in small quantities with a focus on balance, texture, and a clear expression of place.
This tasting takes us across five different varieties and several distinctive sites, offering a wonderful look at the range of Paul’s winemaking
