Travel With Vinum 55 & Niche Italy

One of the best things about the world of wine is learning about a specific place where delicious wine is made. There’s so much to learn and experience in every wine-producing region of the world. The opportunity to see the vineyards, touch the earth and meet the people that produce beautiful wine is an amazing experience.

Vinum 55 offers such experiences every year in trips to Italy. We have been working with Niche Italy to offer our trips to Italy since 2016. These trips are a deep dive into the wine, food, and history of the region that we travel to. The group size is intimate—no more than 20—and our trips are not a death march. Our trips are curated by Marco Scapagnini—a travel expert who has co-authored dozens of books on Italy. He finds the most authentic wine and food experiences and arranges visits to the most meaningful historical sites in any given area, including UNESCO sites.

2 Trips for 2023: Piedmont & Dolomites

Next year, we’ve decided to offer 2 trips for Vinum 55 clients. In June, we are going to Piedmont, the mecca of Barolo. In September, we will go to the Dolomites. The set pricing is inclusive of all lodging, meals (except where noted), and experiences. All guests are responsible for their airfare, spending money, and tips for the main tour guide for the 9-10 days we are together. A representative from Vinum 55 will also be on the trip to assist in leading the group and any needs that may arise.
